    How it works

    • For yourself: the code arrives by email right after purchase.

    • The code is entered at checkout, in “Discount code”. If the watch costs more, simply pay the difference.

    How long does delivery take?

    In-stock watch, it arrives:

    • France: 3 to 6 days after your order
    • European Union: 3 to 5 business days after shipping (within 48 hours)
    • International: 5 to 10 business days after shipping (within 48 hours)
    • French overseas territories: 5 to 7 business days after shipping (within 48 hours)

    Custom or pre-order watch: allow 3 to 4 weeks before shipping, the time it takes to gather the parts, assemble your watch and inspect it (accuracy, water resistance, demagnetization). Then allow 3 to 6 days for delivery in France, or the times above for other destinations.

    Is shipping free?

    Yes: all our watches ship free, worldwide, whether to your home or to a pickup point.

    Can I pay in installments?

    Yes! With Klarna, pay in 3 interest-free installments: the first third today, then the rest in two monthly payments, at 0% interest. Simply choose Klarna at checkout.

    Is my watch covered by a warranty?

    Yes, all our watches come with a 24-month warranty. It covers any manufacturing or material defect, so you can buy with complete confidence.

    Can I return my order?

    Watch from our catalog: you have 14 days after delivery to return it, in its original packaging with all its accessories.

    Custom watch: made to your configuration, it cannot be returned if you change your mind. If it is defective or does not match your order, we take it back and repair it at the workshop, at no cost to you.
