Watches from our catalog

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without having to give a reason. This is your right of withdrawal, provided for by the French Consumer Code.

The watch must be sent back to us within 14 days of your request, in its original packaging and with all its accessories: presentation box, adjustment tools and links removed from the bracelet.

You are of course free to try the watch on as you would in a store. However, if it comes back worn, scratched or damaged, or if any item is missing (links, adjustment tools, presentation box), a deduction corresponding to its loss in value will be made from the refund. This deduction may amount to up to the full price if the watch can no longer be resold.

Custom watches

A custom watch is made especially for you, according to your configuration. In accordance with Article L. 221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code, it cannot be returned for a change of mind.

It does, however, benefit from the same guarantees as all our watches: in the event of a defect or non-conformity, it is taken back and repaired in our workshop, at no cost to you.

How to make a return

1. Contact us with your order number within 14 days of receipt.
2. We will reply with the instructions and the return address.
3. Send the watch back, well protected, in its original packaging. If you change your mind, the return is at your expense and at your own risk: we cannot be held responsible for a parcel lost or damaged during the return. We therefore recommend a tracked and insured shipment, and that you keep your proof of postage.

Return shipping costs

• Change of mind: return shipping costs are at your expense.
• Defective, damaged or non-conforming product: the costs are at our expense. Contact us before sending anything, with your order number and photos: we will tell you how to proceed.

Refund

The refund is issued as soon as we receive the returned watch and have checked its condition, to the payment method used for the order.

Depending on your bank, it may take a few days to appear on your account after it has been issued.

Gift cards

Gift cards are not subject to the right of withdrawal: they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
